Overview of voting algorithms

According to Applied Cryptography, secure voting algorithms have these properties:

• Only authorized voters can vote.
• No one can vote more than once.
• No one can determine for whom anyone voted.
• No one can change anyone else's vote without being discovered.
• All voters can make sure their vote is counted.
